Rustam Minnikhanov meets Chairman of Emaar Properties P JSC Mohamed Alabbar in Dubai

On October 28, during his working visit to the United Arab Emirates, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Chairman of Emaar Properties P JSC Mohamed Alabbar.

Speaking at the meeting, the head of the largest construction holding in the UAE thanked Tatarstan President for the warm welcome extended to him during his visit to Tatarstan in May this year.

Minnikhanov and Mohamed Alabbar exchanged views on investment opportunities available in Russia and in Tatarstan in particular.

The president noted that Tatarstan has ranked first in the national rating of regions on the investment climate for the third year in a row. He also stressed that the region offers all conditions for foreign investors and told Mohamed Alabbar in detail about projects being implemented in the republic jointly with foreign partners.

Minnikhanov highlighted that Tatarstan is cooperated with the UAE as part of Russia-United Arab Emirates relations. He also invited Mohamed Alabbar to visit Kazan to take part in the 10th anniversary of the Kazasummit-2018 International Economic Summit.
