Rustam Minnikhanov meets the staff of Tatar Radiosi Radio Station

On October 16, in Kazan, during his visit to Tatar Radiosi Radio Station, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the work of the station, looked around its facilities and met its staff.

During his meeting with employees of Tatar Radiosi Radio Station, Minnikhanov noted the importance of the work on popularization of the Tatar language and Tatar musical culture among the youth. Broadcasting is an effective way to achieve this goal, Tatarstan President said. "Radio will always remain one of the most popular day-to-day media organizations," he added.

Later on today, Tatarstan President became a special guest of the HatLine radio programme. On the air, Minnikhanov greeted listeners of Tatar Radio Station and wished employees of the station success in their work. "It is very important for us to preserve our language, culture, history and national traditions. Tatar Radio Station makes a huge contribution to this important area," he stressed.

A meeting held afterwards with the participation of Minnikhanov discussed issues of development of Tatar Radio Station projects and considered promising areas of activity of the Tatar media group "Bars Media".
