Mintimer Shaimiev holds meeting on reconstruction of the Cathedral of the Kazan icon of the Mother of God

On October 10, State Counsellor of Tatarstan, Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting at the place of the reconstruction of the Cathedral of the Kazan icon of the Mother of God.

The Cathedral is being reconstructed by the order of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov dated as of November 4, 201, under the auspices of the Revival Regional Foundation.

The works started last summer and are nearly finished. The builders are working in a unique Cave temple. The installation of the external heat supply network has been completed.

Mintimer Shaimiev went down to the Cave temple to see the heating system and underfloor heating.
