Rustam Minnikhanov visits TAIF’s new office building in Kazan

On September 20, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Office Asgat Safarov, Aide to Tatarstan President Nataliya Fishman, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Director General of TAIF Production and Investment Company Albert Shigabutdinov visited TAIF’s new office building in Kazan.

During a tour of the new office, General Contractor Marat Norkin said that the building features energy-saving technologies. Minnikhanov noted that the facility is unique and offered to present it at an energy efficiency exhibition.

Tatarstan President was informed that energy saving technologies used in the office centre were chosen during the design stage with the help of the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics (Germany). Today, the Institute’s representative gave Shigabutdinov integrated energy calculations to reduce energy consumption in the building by half as compared to an average office in Russia.

The delegation of entrepreneurs from Italy present at the talks told Minnikhanov about projects they want to develop together with TAIF Group of Companies in the republic.
