Born on October, 30, 1969, in the village of Muslyumovo, the Republic of Tatarstan.

1994 – Graduated from Kazan Aviation Institute. Radio engineer.

After university, served in the Police Department of Kazan, where passed a way from the engineer of communication up to the chief of communications division, special equipment and automation.

From 2001 - Security service of the President of Republic Tatarstan.

2003 – the head of department of information, computing systems and office equipments of Administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2006 – the head of department of IT and technical support of Administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
