She was born in 1954, July 7, in the village Urnashbash of Arsk district of the Tatar ASSR. She has graduated from Laishevsky Agricultural College (1974), the Institute of Soviet Trade (1987), majoring in economics.

In 1971-72 - she worked as a mechanic- adjuster of Kazan gas-fitting factory.

In 1975-77 - she worked as a Accountant of Bauman Trust canteens, Kazan.

In 1977-87 – Deputy of Senior Accountant of Moscow Trust canteens, Kazan. In 1987-93 - Chief accountant of the social insurance fund of Tatar union of trade workers.

In 1993-94 - a team leader of economic analysis and accounting for expenditure of Social insurance funds of Tatar regional inter-industry department of RF Social Insurance Fund. In 1994-96. – the Deputy Manager of the Accounting Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Since 1996 – the Head of the Accounting Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Since 2010 – the Head of the Bookkeeping and accounting division Office of the Department of the Management Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Honored Economist of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Awards: Medal "For Valorous Labour" of the Republic of Tatarstan, medal "In commemoration of millenium of Kazan".

Married, she has one daughter and son.
