Born on December 1, 1957 in Kazan.

Graduated from Kazan State University (1983, Jurisprudence).

Started career in 1975 as an official of the division of non-departmental security under the TASSR Ministry of Internal Affairs.

1983-1988 – investigator of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, prosecutor of the Investigating Directorate of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Ryazan Region.

1988-1993 – assistant prosecutor of the Zelenodolsk District, prosecutor of the division of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan.

1994-2003 – deputy head of the division of currency regulation and securities, head of the legal division, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2003-2004 – chief of the section of the Legal Directorate of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2004-2005 – Tatfondbank legal directorate.

2005-2009 – prosecutor of the division of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2009-2010 – judge, Kirov district court of Kazan.

From June 2010 – head of the State Legal Directorate of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

She was awarded the state medal of Tatarstan Republic For Valorous Labour in 2012.
