Salikhov Zyavdat Mirgazyamovich born on 8.01.1959 in Almetievo settlement,Sarman region, TASSR.

Education: 1981 - graduated Kazan State University, Faculty of Law.

Work experience: 1981 - Detective at Komsomolsk district police department, Naberezhny Chelny city. Later on Chief detective, Deputy Head of Investigations office up to 1987.

From 1987 to 1992 - Head of Investigations office of Tukaevsky region of RT - Deputy Head of Department.

1992 - 1998 - Deputy Head of RT President`s Security Service.

1998 - 2002 - Head of RT President`s Security Service - Aide to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On April 15, 2002 appointed a Head of the Management Administration of RT President by the decree of RT President.

On April 1, 2010 – appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan – Head of the Secretariat of the State Counsellor of the Republic of Tatarstan by Edict of the RT President № УП-184.

On June 28, 2004 elected a Chairman of the Board of JSC "Tatkhimpharmpreparaty" at Council of Directors.

Candidate of legal sciences. Deserved lawer of the Republic of Tatarstan.
