Rustam Minnikhanov meets CEO of the American recruitment company Crossover and RideAustin company Andy Tryba

On June 8, at their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of the American recruitment company Crossover and RideAustin company Andy Tryba discussed prospects of cooperation in the sphere of information technologies and attraction of specialists in IT industry.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan is interested in this area. Telling about the company, Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov said that the current visit of Andy Tryba is the result of the visit of the Tatarstan delegation to the USA in April this year. During that visit members of the delegation visited the biggest IT companies, including Crossover company.

Shaikhutdinov told that Andy Tryba and his companies represent Texas business society and are interested in Innopolis, and are now studying its infrastructure.

Crossover is the biggest company that recruits IT specialists. The company’s headquarters is located in Austin, Texas. The company provides services in recruitment of qualified specialists from all over the world for IT companies.  

Andy Tryba visited Innopolis and Innopolis University and delivered a lecture on how to create a profitable business model.
