Rustam Minnikhanov to take part in SLUSH startup conference and to meet President of Finland Sauli Niinistö

On December 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov will arrive on a two days working visit in Helsinki (Finland) to meet Finnish business representatives and to take part in the world-famous SLUSH conference of start-ups and young entrepreneurs.

Prospects for the development of trade and economic relations between Tatarstan and Finland are planned to be considered during a round table with participation of representatives of the local business community. The increasing of mutual trade turnover will be the main topic of the meeting between Minnikhanov and Minister of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland Mika Lintilä.

During the SLUSH, Tatarstan President will get acquainted with the exhibition of new innovative solutions and promising start-up projects and will discuss options for cooperation with the senior managers of Fortum energy company.

During his visit to Helsinki, Minnikhanov is expected to meet President of Finland Sauli Niinistö.

Tatarstan President also plans to visit the new central library of Helsinki and meet the local Tatar Diaspora.
