Rustam Minnikhanov was handed in memorial badge of the Commander-in-Chief of the Land Forces

On September 9, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was handed in a memorial badge of the Commander-in-Chief of the Land Forces.

Minnikhanov was awarded for his special personal merits and great contribution to the development of the Land Forces. The badge was given by Head of Kazan Higher Tank Command School Kirill Kulakov.
