Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in off-site meeting of the Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management

On 29 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an off-site meeting of the Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management held in the republic by the First Deputy Chairperson of the Committee Natalya Komarova and which discussed the development of a municipal solid waste (MSW) management system in Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov holds a meeting on the results of work of small oil companies in the first three months of 2026

On May 28, in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting with small oil companies of Tatarstan with participation of senior executives of oil-producing companies, as well as representatives of the Volga Region Department of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) and other agencies and dedicated to results of their work in the first three months of 2026.

Rustam Minnikhanov visits the educational and training base Almash in the Village of Krasnyy Klyutch of Nizhnekamsk region

On 29 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov the educational and training base Almash in the Village of Krasnyy Klyutch of Nizhnekamsk region where he was told that the base was opened after a large scale reconstruction in September 2025 and during children’s summer vacations it works as a sports camp for young footballers from the Neftekhimik football club and young athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling from the Dynamo children’s sport school.

Rustam Minnikhanov visits Children’s Ecological-Biological Center in Nizhnekamsk

On 29 May during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Children’s Ecological-Biological Center where he was informed that one of the activities of the center is school forestry and there are 11 school forestry units working in urban and rural schools of the Nizhnekamsk region.  

The Rais of the republic was also told about projects being implemented by school children in protecting woods, studying the habits of animals, learning to care for them, and feeding them and about painting classes for children.

Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the solemn start of the renovation of the Park of Petrochemists in Nizhnekamsk

On May 29, the Rais(Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Nizhnekamsk, took part in a solemn start of the renovation of the Park of Petrochemists in Nizhnekamsk.

In preparation for the 2027 anniversary of Nizhnekamskneftekhim, SIBUR initiated a large-scale reconstruction of the Petrochemists’ Park, one of the city’s favorite recreational areas, originally opened in 2011.

The concept for the renovated park was developed by Project Group 8, the team that previously created the Semya Park (Family Park) and the Krasny Klyuch embankment in Nizhnekamsk.

Rustam Minnikhanov looks round the manufacture of flexible packaging at the Ai-Flex Industrial Grounds in Nizhnekamsk

On 29 May during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk confined to the celebrations of the Chemist’s Day, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Oleg Korobchenko, the Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipality Radmir Belyaev, the Director General of the Tatneftekhiminvest-holding Rafinat Yarulin and the member of the Russian State Duma Ayrat Metshin,  visited a plant manufacturing flexible packaging located at the Ai-Flex Industrial Grounds. The individual flexible packaging is designed both for food and non-food products and Rustam Minnikhanov was shown the modern equipment for manufacturing the packaging and  was told about the produce range and cooperation with enterprises and marketplaces.

Rustam Minnikhanov visits training grounds of the SIBURINTEKH-NK

On 29 May during his working visit to the Nizhnekamskneftekhim facilities, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and persons accompanying him visited the training grounds of the SIBURINTEKH-NK which was established in Nizhnekamsk in 2025 –the year of the SIBUR 30th anniversary and is a link between education and real production. Up to 80 per cent of the equipment the Company operates is represented at the grounds and key principle of training programmes is applicability of knowledge and skills for real work in production.  

The main goal of the testing grounds is to gain practical experience and reduce the number of errors that affect safety, the environment, and the quality of work and they can train more than 6 000 specialists every year.

Rustam Minnikhanov visits new administrative and amenity building of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim

On 29 May during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk confined to the celebrations of the Chemist’s Day,  the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Oleg Korobchenko, the Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipality Radmir Belyaev, the Chairman of the SIBUR Board Mikhail Karisalov, the members of the Russian State Duma Oleg Morozov and Aydar Metshin, visited a new multifunctional administrative and amenity building of the PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim which consists of the administrative offices and the central operations room, from where technological processes are controlled.
