Rustam Minnikhanov is on short-term vacation

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a short-term vacation from the 24th of July, 2017.

According to Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, during vacation period Tatarstan President’s duties will be performed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin.
