On July 12, answering questions from journalists after the plenary session of the oil summit, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the summit is a great opportunity for industry representatives to exchange experience and see the latest technologies that are available in the oil market today.

"Everyone is talking about digitalization and digital technologies, and we do understand that these are not just talks, but our future. And our oil companies are already working in this direction. The summit is also a good opportunity to interact with our federal colleagues. Today, Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia Kirill Molodtsov, Director General of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves Igor Shpurov, who are supervising these areas, are present here. And we have a great opportunity to express our proposals," Minnikhanov said.

Tatarstan President thanked Tatneft Oil Company, which organizes and holds the oil summit at a high level every year.
