Alexey Pesoshin takes part in unveiling of the memorial sign to the Hero of Socialist Labour of the USSR, former director of Kazan engine plant Peotr Viter

On June 14, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in a solemn ceremony of the unveiling of the memorial sign to the Hero of Socialist Labour of the USSR, former director of Kazan engine plant Peotr Viter.

“Many achievements in the sphere of mechanical engineering are connected with Peotr Viter, an outstanding founder of defence industry, Hero of Socialist Labour, and former director of Kazan engine plant,” Pesoshin said.

He thanked all organizations, enterprises and creative teams for their work on the creation of the memorial sign. He expressed special gratitude to veterans, who do not forget about the contribution of such outstanding people as Peotr Viter.
