Tatarstan President honours memory of the fallen in the Great Patriotic War

On May 9, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin, and Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin laid flowers to the Eternal Flame and honoured the memory of the fallen with a minute’s silence in the Victory Park in Kazan.

Rustam Minnikhanov arrived with the Hero of the Soviet Union Boris Kuznetsov and Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation Mintimer Shaimiev in the retro car “Pobeda”.
