Ildar Khalikov reelected Chairman of Board of Directors of Tatfondbank

On May 25, an annual general meeting of shareholders and Board of directors of Tatfondbank approved the annual report for 2015 and annual accounting (financial) statements.

The Board approved audit companies to carry out statutory audit of annual financial (accounting) statements for the 2016 fiscal year in accordance with RAS (Bankovsky Audit) and consolidated financial statements for the 2016 financial year in accordance with IFRS (Ernst & Young).

The meeting approved the Bank statute, regulations on the general meeting of shareholders, redrafted regulations on the board of directors and decided on other issues on the agenda.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov was reelected the board chairman. No changes were made to the structure of the committees and their chairmen.
