Rustam Minnikhanov: We must be prepared for new challenges of the digitalization era

On November 30, in the city of Bolgar, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Chief of Staff of the regional Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov and Vice-Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of the National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) Ivan Fedotov took part in the opening of the Performance Management in Digital Economy training programme for government leaders and heads of municipalities of the republic.

Participants of the educational courses will attend a number of lectures, meet leading international experts and practitioners in the field of regional governance, economy and leadership.

Minnikhanov emphasized that RANEPA is a long-time partner of Tatarstan. In particular, various projects, including the International Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy in Innopolis, are underway.

“We have always supported all forms of internships and training workshops. Now everyone is talking about the digital revolution, but only a few can clearly outline the principles for implementing new forms of work. It is necessary to stay up to date and understand where we go. We all need to be prepared for new challenges of the digitalization era, ” Tatarstan President said.
