Rustam Minnikhanov hands in keys to new cars to officers of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of Tatarstan

On November 7, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in keys to 23 new official cars to officers of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Tatarstan.

Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the republic Artem Khokhorin, Secretary of the regional Security Council Airat Shafigullin, Head of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Tatarstan Lenar Gabdurakhmanov took part in the ceremony.

The purchased vehicles are funded by the regional budget and handed in on the eve of the Day of the internal affairs officers of the Russian Federation.

Minnikhanov noted that due to the coordinated work of the law enforcement system, there is a stable situation in the republic.

Khokhorin thanked the leadership of the republic and added that almost 100 per cent of basic services are equipped with the transport.
