Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a short-term vacation

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a short-term vacation from the 1st of November to the 6th of November, 2018.

According to Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, during vacation period Tatarstan President’s duties will be performed by Prime Minister of the republic Alexey Pesoshin.
