Implementation of regional capital repair programme of social and cultural facilities discussed in Tatarstan Government House

On September 7, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin and all regions of the republic, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Aleksey Frolov reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan.

Frolov said that 995 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 5.3 million square metres in 43 municipal regions of the republic are taking part in the capital repair programme. 

As of September 6, the general education institutions have been fully overhauled.

The capital repair of recourse centres (colleges) is under way in the republic. As of September 6, as many as 4 of 11 facilities with the total funding of the programme amounting to 681,38 million roubles are being overhauled.

The overhaul in 17 cultural facilities of 42 planned with the total funding amounting to 342m 975 thousand roubles is underway.

Frolov also reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of youth clubs, Executives Committees (Councils) of municipalities, social services institutions and buildings of youth centres of the republic is under way.

Under the capital repair programme 114 outpatient centres will be repaired in 2018.
