Rustam Minnikhanov opens Tatarstan Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Forum - 2018

On September 4, at the Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of Tatarstan Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Forum-2018, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Tatarstan oil fields industrial development.
The forum is among the largest international events of the Russian oil and gas industry. Over 160 companies from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the Republic of Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russian regions applied to take part in the forum to be held on September 4-6.
Participants and guests are expected to attend industry conferences, seminars, round tables, presentations and meetings as well as to carry out business negotiations and sign agreements and contracts.
The Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre is also holding the 25th international specialized exhibition "Oil. Gas. Petrochemistry.»
"We traditionally hold this forum in Tatarstan, and I want to thank our partners who take part in it. Today we have signed an agreement on cooperation with the Siberian branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, its representatives are also here today, in Kazan. I sincerely thank our Moscow colleagues and partners who have come to the forum. I am sure that the forum will be fruitful. And what is most important, this forum is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Tatarstan oil fields industrial development. This is a landmark event for the region. We had a big celebration dedicated to this date in Almetyevsk,” Minnikhanov said at the opening ceremony of the Forum.
He wished all the participants of the Forum successful work and new contacts.
Head of the Federal service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear supervision Alexey Aleshin also congratulated everyone on the opening of the forum.

Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia Anton Inyutsyn noted that today Tatarstan is the locomotive and leader of the petrochemical industry.

The forum will also host a plenary session of the International scientific and practical conference "Modeling of geological structure and development processes are the basis for oil and gas fields successful development."
The conference will be held in the Congress centre of the exhibition centre. Participants of the event will discuss the best world practices in the field of information systems in the oil and gas industry; domestic software innovations in geology, prospecting, exploration and development of fields and for the seismic data interpretation; construction of oil and gas fields models, as well as digital core analysis of carbonate and terrigenous reservoirs.

The conference will include round tables on "Expanding the use of regional petrochemical products in the construction industry", "Expanding the use of regional products in road construction" and others.
