Tatarstan President signs a decree relieving Minister of Culture of the republic Airat Sibagatullin of his duties

On April 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree relieving  Minister of Culture of the republic Airat Sibagatullin of his duties.

“To relieve Sibagatullin Airat Minnemellovich from the post of Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan due to his retirement”, the decree reads
