Tatarstan Ministry of Construction: Major repair has started in 65 educational facilities in Tatarstan

On February 9, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin and all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported that it is planned to overhaul 113 educational facilities, 28 of them are general education organizations and 85 kindergarten. As of February 8, 2018, the works at 11 municipal schools and 7 special schools, at 47 pre-school educational institutions are underway.

Faizullin also reported that under the programmes in the sphere of capital repair of social and cultural area, agriculture and, also, Fund programmes of gas infrastructure development of the Republic of Tatarstan, the works on the design of project and a competitive bidding process are being completed. Contractors have already started work on several facilities.

It is scheduled to overhaul 14 children's recreation camps, to construct 6 camps and reconstruct one camp. For today, the works are organized at 12 facilities of 14 facilities.

Today, the repair works have started at 26 facilities of cultural significance, 18 youth clubs, 19 buildings of executive committees of municipalities, 11 municipal record offices of the republic and 5 buildings of youth centres of Tatarstan.

The work on capital repair of buildings of outpatient centres is underway. According to the programme of 2018, it is planned to modernize 120 facilities.  

In his speech, Irek Fayzullin reminded about the procedure for monitoring prices for construction resources. Information on prices for construction resources will be posted on the federal state information system for pricing in construction. Manufacturers of construction materials must provide the relevant information necessary for the formation of estimated prices of construction resources. According to the minister, today, administrative penalties have been defined for enterprises that have not been registered in this system. The amount of penalties for legal entities can reach up to 500 thousand rubles.
