Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the third Moscow – Tatarstan Bridge Youth Forum in Moscow

On November 25, in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the third Moscow – Tatarstan Bridge Youth Forum. Students of Moscow Universities, graduate students and young people born in Tatarstan participated in the forum.

"We should stay together. We are strong because we are hard-working and persistent. The main thing is that you have maintained contacts with your small homeland,” Minnikhanov stressed addressing the forum participants.

Traditionally, famous speakers who achieved success in various spheres of life talked to representatives of the active youth.

Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin read out a welcome letter to the forum participants on behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.

Minister of Communications and Mass Media of Russia Nikolay Nikiforov also addressed the youth with his welcoming words. Telling them about his life experience, the federal minister stressed that he learned how to work constructively and dynamically, pay attention to details, treat colleagues and many other important things in Tatarstan, where his career started.  

Sharing her experience with young people, Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation, a famous opera singer Albina Shagimuratova told them that a school of opera will be opened in Kazan. She noted that this idea was fully supported by Minnikhanov.

Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Russian cardiac surgeon Renate Akchurin said that love of people is a mandatory component of success in the profession of a doctor.

Honoured Singer of Tatarstan Alsu Safina, Producer, Honoured Artist of Russia and Tatarstan Bari Alibasov, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs aslo talked to the forum participants and its guests.

New youth projects developed by members of the Youth Council under Plenipotentiary Representative Office the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia were presented at the meeting. In particular, a new mobile application "Tatarlar", a national messenger designed to unite the Tatars around the world, was among them.

In his turn, Minnikhanov thanked all speakers for their attention paid to Tatarstan. "I listened to every speaker and learned a lot of useful and important information for myself," he said.
