On October 13, the First Russian Youth Architectural Biennale is being held in Innopolis (the Republic of Tatarstan).

More than 300 young architects from Russian regions and 11 countries presented their ideas of residential quarters for a comfortable city.

The authoritative international jury selected 29 projects for the final round. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russia Mikhail Men got acquainted with works of the finalists.

Chairman of the jury and Head of the SPEECH Architectural Bureau Sergey Choban told the guests about details of the projects of the finalists.

Men particularly noted the project of the finalist from Kazan Anastasia Yaremenko with a secure courtyard, limited traffic of cars and a diverse structure of parks and squares. He stressed that the project is important, because, unlike all other works, it is suitable for winter.
